Which fruits will we get to taste on the tour?
Because we only serve fruit at its absolute peak ripeness, our tasting menu changes dynamically with the Hawaiian seasons. Depending on the time of year, you may enjoy sweet Apple Bananas, Lilikoi (Passion Fruit), juicy local Mangos, Rambutan, Dragon Fruit, Cherimoya, Mangosteen, and many other tropical delicacies. No matter when you visit, you’ll experience a wide variety of fresh, vibrant island flavors straight from the farm.
Is this just a sit-down tasting, or do we walk around?
You’ll be comfortably seated outdoors on our farm, surrounded by tropical plants such as banana trees, pineapples, and dragon fruit. During the guided tasting, you’ll sample a variety of exotic fruits while learning where they come from and how they’re grown. After the tasting, you’re welcome to stroll around the property and explore more of our tropical fruit trees and gardens.
Do we get to interact with the fruits, or are they just served to us?
We love making this an interactive experience! While our guides assist with the more challenging parts, you’ll get hands-on opportunities to crack open fresh coconuts using traditional methods, open spiky rambutans, and see exactly how many fruits look in their natural state before tasting them. It’s a fun and engaging way to learn about tropical agriculture while enjoying fresh island flavors.
I have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. Everything we serve is 100% fresh, raw, plant-based fruit straight from nature with no added sugars, preservatives, or gluten. If you have an allergy to a specific tropical fruit, simply let your guide know at the beginning of the tour and they will ensure that fruit is kept completely separate from your tasting portions.
Is this tour good for families with young children?
Yes! This is our most family-friendly experience on the farm. It’s a fun, interactive way for children to discover new flavors, textures, and tropical fruits while learning about Hawaiian agriculture. Children under age 5 participate free of charge, and we offer discounted pricing for children ages 5–11.
